Chris Hayward FNAEA
Chris began his career in 1981, was a partner with Salter Wilde & Co Brockenhurst and formed Murray & Hayward in 1992. Although heading up the company he is still very much on the front desk to help with all your property requirements.
Jack Stredwick
Jack joined Murray and Hayward in 2012, having previously worked in the hospitality industry and as a paralegal. He has lived in Lymington most of his life and knows the local area well. His focus is on customer service and he enjoys sailing and walking.
Karen Lee
Karen’s career in ‘local’ estate agency began in 1982 providing administrative and clerical support in addition to her receptionist duties. Having been born and brought up in the Forest she has a great love and respect for the area and enjoys both walking and riding in the Forest in her free time. Her local knowledge proves to be invaluable.
Martin Scott
Martin’s career in estate agency began in 1993, always living and working locally, he joined Murray & Hayward in Milford-on-Sea in 2000, he brings an unrivalled wealth of local knowledge, respect, contacts and ambition to the office.
Richard Ayling
Richard started his estate agency career with Murray & Hayward in 2011 after finishing his studies at Chichester University. He has lived in Milford on Sea his entire life and so brings a wealth of local knowledge to the offices. He has lots of enthusiasm and a real passion for property. Richard is a keen sportsman and is particularly interested in rugby and cricket.
Janet Doe
Janet’s career in estate agency started in 2000, in an administrative role, and having worked in the hospitality trade within the New Forest for 20 years prior, she has an indepth knowledge of the local area, especially relating to the equestrian field.
Carol Saddler
Carol joined the company in 2004, having owned a property in Milford-on-Sea since the mid-seventies, with friends and family living locally. Her enthusiasm for the village and New Forest has proved to be a valuable asset to the office
Barry Roche MNAEA
Barry has been at the New Milton office for 20 years and has over 25 years experience as a local agent. Barry went to school locally at Ashley and then Arnewood and has been a partner in the business since 2001.
Arran Shea
Arran started with Murray & Hayward in 2002 and has lived locally all his life, giving him excellent knowledge of New Milton and surrounding areas.
Denise Tucker
Denise has over 30 years experience in Estate Agency in New Milton and joined Murray and Hayward when it was formed in 1992. With a wealth of local knowledge, she provides administrative support, alongside book-keeping duties for the company.
Jenny Burley
Jenny started her career in estate agency in 1978 in a Christchurch town centre firm of Estate Agents, involved in the selling side at auctions & private treaty; She managed the estate office there for many years. Having decided to work in the Forest, Jenny moved to our Sway office where over the past 5 years, her vast experience and enthusiasm of all property matters has meant Jenny has become a valuable asset to the company. Jenny is now working at our New Milton office.
Chris Collinge
Chris started his estate agency career in 1992 as a junior negotiator with a local corporate company and worked his way up to area manager. He has lived in the village of Sway all of his life and is heavily involved in the local community, particularly with the junior football team. He has been working in the village now for the past 4 years.
Jane Saxton BA Hons Dip RSA
Following her studies, Jane pursued a career overseas working in translation and conference organising going on to manage the head office of an international insurance network. Jane took time out to raise her children, returned to Sway in 2009 and joined Murray & Hayward in May 2011.
